Boat Description

Gulet Polo is one of the smallest gulets in Croatia, but it makes up for it with a cosy atmosphere and friendly crew. Though this is a lower budget ship in comparison to other gulets, it is nonetheless an excellent experience, because the captain and his wife take their job very seriously, and they work with a passion, doing everything they can to make sure that their guests enjoy every moment of their trip.

Guest cabins configuration:

3 double cabins	with double bed (140*200 cm).
1 double cabin	with double bed (200×140 cm) and one single bed (200×110 cm).

Each of the cabins has wardrobe, 24 V/220 electricity, its own ensuite bathroom, with shampoo, toilet paper, soap.
Beach towels:2 per person per week
Bathroom towels: 2 towels per person per week.
Additional beach or bathroom towels: on request
Bedding info: bed sheets are included in price.
Air-condition: 6 hours/ day is included in the price.

Deck: The back of the gulet starts with a nice sofa and an outdoor dining table, all under a cover against the elements. The front of the gulet has a sun bathing area with sun mattresses, with enough space to accommodate 8 people comfortably.
Salon areas: The salon is cosy and warm, with wooden tones covering almost all surfaces and nice large windows. You will also find the bar here. The cabins are all located in the front of the ship.
Galley & crew quarters: kitchen galley features all necessary equipment – including ovens, grill, refrigerators and deep freezers.

Crew: captain, cook and deck hand
Captain Vedran and his wife run the business and the gulet, it is their passion and they do an excellent job to create a comfortable atmosphere. Captain Vedran was born in 1967. He gradueted nautical high school 1986. and nautical university 1993. in Split. Started to sail world wide with merchant navy 1994. as senior officer and finished 2003. On 2004 launched small touristic (nautical) company and keep doing that as licensed Yaht master. He is married (1995) with Mirjana and as two sons: Roko (23) and Bartul (19).

Chef Mirjana was born in 1969. She gradueted commercial school in 1988. in Split. She has been working as chef on Polo from 2008. Out of touristic season she is housewife.

Deckhand Roko was born 1995. He gradueted medical high school in 2014 and nursing university in 2017. in Dubrovnik. He works as deckhand on Polo as licensed boat leader since 2013. He used to be an athletic champion of Croatia (for 4 years) and member of Croatia national athletic team (javelin).

Deckhand Bartul was born in 1999. At this point he is finishing classical gymnasium in Split and he works from time to time as deckhand on gulet Polo. He is present champion of Croatia (javelin) and several time Croatian recorder (javelin, shot put).

Boat rental prices include: Accommodation on the yacht, 2 crew members, wages and food for the crew, Croatian VAT, fuel for main engines up to 4 hours cruising per day, fuel for 10 hours/day of generator use, 2.5 m tender 30 HP, complete linen and towels, yacht insurance, service on board, sojourn taxes, yacht cleaning, use of leisure equipment on board, WiFi, port fee. Leisure equipment: snorkeling and fishing equipment, inflatable kayak.
